The message thanks the prospect for coming to your dealership and offers your personal assistance in resolving any issues that may have resulted in the prospect not purchasing a vehicle, with a direct line phone number for the prospect to respond.
  • An e-mail communication thanking the prospect for visiting your dealership and providing a full-color digital window sticker of the vehicle test-driven by the prospect earlier that same day.
