GREENSBORO - Crimes at dealerships continue to rise, this time at a local car dealership in Greensboro, NC. Early Sunday morning, a thief smashed through the front window and stole the entire inventory of car keys from the key box. It was only 20 minutes later, more thieves showed up to drive off the lot with over $200,000 worth of vehicles.
Thankfully with the help of the community, five of the six vehicles were able to be recovered. A red Corvette worth over $50,000 is still being searched for. The article doesn’t mention if the key box was locked, or broken into.
