1Micro Privacy Policy

These policies apply to 1Micro, LLC, 1Micro.com and all other materials owned and operated by 1Micro,LLC, including but not limited to the iLot app.

1. General Information

This Privacy Statement outlines how 1Micro collects, distributes and manages information. This Statement will also provide customers with the proper procedures to follow if customers do not want customers personal information collected or shared. 1Micro respects the privacy of all individuals who visit our Web sites, contact us or respond to our marketing efforts.

2. Security Policy

All forms 1Micro.com utilizes to facilitate the order process have an incorporated Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to provide "secure private sessions" for our site visitors. A "secure private session" means that information customers input into a 1Micro.com order form is sent and will arrive unaltered, secure and private at a 1Micro server. This type of security measure prohibits other companies and Web users from being able to access customers information.

3. Information of a Non-Personal Nature

In some cases, we may collect information about customers that is of a non-personal nature (type of Internet browser customers are using, customer's computer operating system and the address of the web site and/or Internet Service Provider from which customers linked to our site. We may share information of a non-personal nature with business partners.

4. Minors

When applicable, 1Micro will specifically instruct minors not to submit information on our web sites or advertisements without obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian. 1Micro has no intention of collecting any personal information (name, address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under the age of 18. If a minor has provided us with personal information and has not provided the consent of a parent or guardian, a parent or guardian of that child should contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this statement if they would like this information deleted from our records.

5. Solicitation

We will not send email promotions or announcements to customers if customers have not previously provided us with customers permission to do so. Many customers appreciate receiving notice of marketing and solicitations. We provide customers with a choice of whether customers will receive this or not. Customers may unsubscribe from our marketing list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link on our website or on any of our marketing pieces. All offers customers receive from 1Micro will inform customers of how to decline receiving further email offers.

When customers view one of our sites or marketing pieces, we may store some information on customers computer. This information is typically called a "cookie," and will be used to improve our site, marketing piece, product or service. A cookie will allow us to match customers interests, wants and preferences. Customers can choose how customers want to handle cookies, usually from within the customers browser.

8. Dealership Information

1Micro accesses dealership DMS systems for the sole purpose of synchronizing that data with 1Micro systems. We do not disclose any information collected to any third parties unless it is specifically requested by the dealer.

1Micro may store user location data at the behest of the customer for the sole purposes of facilitating features provided in our offering. We do not disclose any location data collected to any third parties unless it is specifically requested by the customer.
